Short Bio

I've been doing Window programming for about 12 years now. I am getting sick and tired out it and am currently in a Web Design & Development certificate program. I am trying to get myself in a position to work out of my home because I will need to start taking care of my parents sometime soon, they are both getting frail.

I ended up divorcing and marrying a guy, Guy who worked in Jennys group. I will have to say that my job at Wang was my most favorite job. I made lots of friends there and actually work here at Oracle with 4 of them. My husband works here too.

My youngest son Brian (29) has been married for about 2 years this August. and my older son Bob (31) is single and loving it.


Stories and Anecdotes

Actually just before I left Wang about 10 years ago, I lead a group of engineers and we prototyped a Windows Version of VS Office and Harold was working at Wang as a consultant and very interested in our progress. So after we gave him a demo, Charles Paress made a crack to Harold about his making a mistake about not letting me take a position as a programmer in his group. Of course this made me feel good. Harold agreed. I lelt Wang shortly after that.
