Short Bio
After Wang and Microsoft, I had 10 jobs in 9 years, i.e. Rose Studio --> University of Washington --> Video Zone --> Ming's Restaurant --> NewSoft --> Umax Technologies --> Tellus Technologies --> Confer Software --> TIS Worldwide --> C3-ilex, LLC.Enough is enough. After 33 years working my butt off to help other people successful, I finally said to myself, "Jenny, you are going to live to 90's, you will out live your pension plan and 401 (k), if they still are worth something three years from now. It is about time to do something positive for yourself".
I quit my last JOB (Just Over Border) and got out of this so called "comfortable misery" on June 12, 2002. I am now full-time working to develop my own Unfranchise Business with my husband. Our company name is Confer Associates, LLC and we are a product brokerage company utilizing Internet marketing.
I joined the group of "The New Professionals", i.e. NO boss, NO employee, Free time, Flexible hours, having fun, helping others to reach their dream, and meantime, make residual income. This business venture has no risk, just hard work. The result depends on how much efforts I put in, and at my own pace. Actually, I am on my way to make $2,100 a week and am still on target to reach this goal - I received the President Challenge Award in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Since 1977, I have been buying and selling real estate properties for myself in Massachusetts, Washington, California, and Nevada. My husband and I also custom built our dream houses in Carisle, Massachusetts, and in Mercer Island, Washington.
